If you have not yet booked your hotel rooms, please do so as soon as possible (see the attached “Practical Information” for all details).

Organisation:
The event takes place at the Eresin Hotel Topkapı, located in central Istanbul.
EPDAD will kindly offer a shuttle service between Istanbul Airport and the hotel, so if you want to take advantage of this offer, be sure to book your flights from and to Istanbul Airport, not one of the other airports in the vicinity.
See the attached “Practical Information” for more details on the venue and travel arrangements.

Registration:
Every agency can send up to two representatives to the event, only one of whom will act as the official representative with voting rights in the General Assembly.
After you have booked your rooms and flights, every participant needs to officially register through this form: https://forms.gle/svriZDdog8GTHZnd7.
In the form, you will be asked about your times of arrival and departure for the mentioned shuttle service, so please only register after having booked your flights.
The deadline for registration is 31 August.

General Assembly:
Among other things, the General Assembly will vote on four positions at the board (some of which are potential re-elections). Every agency can nominate a representative that would like to take on the position of board member. If you would like to do so, please provide contact details and a short CV of the candidate and submit your agency’s nomination by 9 September. I will send you all the documents for the General Assembly in due time before the event.
