EPDAD must have qualified human resources in order to maintain the effective implementation of its program evaluation and accreditation activities. Many activities have been carried out for the training of this tremendous human resource consisting of office directors and staff, leaders of the teams that visit institutions/programs, faculty members, and student evaluators.

These activities are grouped under the following headings:

 

As of February 2020, a total of 3 full-time  1 part time total of 4 employees work in the EPDAD Office. All of these employees have attended the training activities carried out by EPDAD and acquired the necessary knowledge and skills in quality assurance and accreditation.

Faculty Member Evaluator Training Workshops

Qualified evaluators are the cornerstones of EPDAD’s program evaluation and accreditation activities. Evaluators are ed among volunteers and trained in the training programs launched when needed. As of October 2021, EPDAD has organized five evaluator training workshops. A total of 243 faculty members have received evaluator training in these workshops. At least one evaluator training workshop is planned annually.
